All of our ADA HERBS products are shipped from our headquarters via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over 250€. No code is necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address. ADA HERBS does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and do not include 1-2 business days processing time before the order gets shipped.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders. Additionally, for addresses that are difficult to reach or far away from the local post office, there may be higher delivery costs from the postal service and also a delay in the delivery time.

ADA HERBS only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

In case your ADA HERBS package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the products, and their outer packaging. Then, kindly email contact@adaherbs.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit/upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact contact@adaherbs.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.

Customs Import Taxes (CIT)

Sales tax, customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in pricing.

For customers ordering from the European Union (EU), please be aware that your order may be subject to additional customs import taxes upon delivery. These fees are not included in the total cost of your order and are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the extent of these costs. Please consult your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.

To avoid a separate invoice (Advancement Fee) from DHL, the customer can contact DHL as soon as they receive the tracking number and arrange to pay the duties before receiving the order. This will prevent DHL from paying the duties and taxes on behalf of the customer to the local customs authorities, which would otherwise result in an additional fee (Advancement Fee) for the customer.

Please also note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our refund policy below.

Refund Eligibility
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.
  • Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Refund Process
  • CIT Exclusion: Refunds will not include any customs import taxes (CIT) paid by the customer. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • PayPal Fees: Refunds will also not include any PayPal transaction fees incurred at the time of purchase. These fees are non-refundable.
