About the Role

As a content creator for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, you will be responsible for producing engaging and original content that showcases our brand and products. You will work closely with our marketing & design team to plan, create, and execute campaigns that align with our goals and vision. You will also interact with our followers and potential customers, building trust and loyalty through your creative and authentic voice.

List of Requirements

1. Availability: Applicants should be available to work 4-8 hours a day.
   
   
2. Experience: Applicants should have some experience in content creation, particularly in the beauty industry. This could include creating content for their own social media channels or for other brands.
   
   
3. Knowledge of Beauty Trends: Applicants should be up-to-date with the latest trends in skin and hair care. They should be able to create content that is relevant and appealing to your target audience.
   
   
4. Social Media Savvy: Applicants should be familiar with various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and understand how to optimize content for each platform.
   
   
5. Creativity: Applicants should be able to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas that align with your brand’s image and values.
   
   
6. Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for a content creator. Applicants should be able to effectively communicate their ideas and interact with our audience.
   
   
7. Proficiency in English: Since the content will be created for an international audience, applicants must be proficient in English.
   
   
8. Location: Applicants must be based in Tirana, as they will need to join meetings and discuss weekly strategies with the team.
