We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving it for a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of return shipping and PayPal tariffs.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item(s) back to us at your own expense, which includes the cost of return shipping and PayPal tariffs.
Please note that the item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
